As usual, SNMC has arranged Eid Sacrifice this year with Mr. Beef.
The costs are as follows:
- Lamb $370
- Cow Share (1/7) $375
- Goat $380
A time slot for sacrifice for SNMC will be reserved on the 2nd day of Eid after Fajr prayer at Mr. Beef. For those who would like to observe the slaughter on the 2nd, please notify the SNMC office in advance for a better arrangement. For those who prefer not to go the farm and wait for the meat distribution, the meat will be delivered to SNMC at 5th of Eid.
You can pay online at www.snmc.ca or by cash, cheque, debit, and credit at the SNMC Masjid.
Please note that the default selection for udhiya/qurbani on the website is set as “Goat”. Please type your own selection into the box and pay the associated fee.
Only those who donate 100% meat will be able to get a CRA Tax receipt.
Donated meat will be distributed to the Ottawa Food Bank, Sadaqa Food Bank and Local needy by SNMC.
