Every other Tuesday 10:30-12:30 we have a playgroup at SNMC for kids aged (0-6) and their moms. We have free play, crafts, Quran recitation and a circle time. Join us tomorrow January 7th in sha Allah !

Sheikh Mohsen – Update
Due to growing community, SNMC is getting a second imam. In-sha-Allah Sheikh Mohsen will arrive in Ottawa on December 15th. He’ll deliver jumma khutbas on December 20th and 27th at 12:00pm. He’ll also deliver Friday night lectures on these days after isha.
December 20th: Isa and his mother Maryam- an Islamic perspective.
December 27th: Towards the end of the year- Mahsaba.
Please note that the cut-off for 2019 donations is Sunday, the 29th of December, 2019. This will ensure that we are able to identify and handle all of your donations. We thank you for your cooperation.
SNMC Management
Daljit Nirman, Barrister and Member of the Ottawa Police Services Board has recently brought Motion concerning promotion for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion as a priority in regards to the advertisement and recruitment efforts at Ottawa Police Service and accommodation for individuals of diverse faith and backgrounds including religious symbols. The Motion was “unanimously” voted and accepted.

City of Ottawa has added parking restrictions in the neighborhood behind SNMC. We humbly request our community to follow these restrictions accordingly.
