Sad News

إِنَّا للهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ
“Surely we belong to Allah and to Him we shall return.”

It is with a broken heart, we inform Ottawa Muslim Community of the passing of Brother Usman Khan, Monday, September 24, 2018 (74 years old, from Pakistan). He was a long time resident of Ottawa and a very highly respected member of the Jami Omar community.

Br Usman Khan  was SNMC school Vice Principal and his wife Siddiqa Khan was also snmc School teacher for many years. Br Usman was prime of SNMC scholarship award, processing all the applications for may years. He and his  wife and children were very integral part  of snmc .

May Allah SWT, forgive his short comings, make his grave fill with Nur, grant him Jannaht-ul-Firdaus and give Sabr Jameel to the family.  Ameen

Salatul Janaza will be held on Wednesday September 26, 2018 at Jami Omar after Zuhr ( 1:30 pm) Inshaa Allah. Jami Omar Location: 3990 Old Richmond Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K2H 8R5 

Burial will take place at Ottawa Muslim Cemetery  Location: 1668 Manotick Station Rd  Ottawa, ON K4P 1M9
