I pray that you all are doing fine by the grace of Allah SWT.
I hope you all had a wonderful summertime with your children and grandchildren.
Now it is time for our monthly activities back to the SNMC centre.
There are two events coming in September, please mark your calendars.
- There is a Health and Wellness Fair coming up on September 22, Saturday try to attend, You will get information regarding Seniors Resources available in the City.
- Just to let you know that seven seniors participated in Organic Garden Project this summer and they enjoyed growing their own veggies and herbs and now it is the time for harvest.
Christine, the Project Coordinator from Ontario Growers who was working with our seniors is excited to celebrate Harvest Fest.
She suggests that all gardeners kindly bring one dish prepared from with veggies from your gardens, to share with others.
Tea and snacks will be provided.
Please confirm your attendance by Friday September 21.
