Recent studies have shown that exercise may improve memory and slow down mental decline, improving sleep, providing opportunities for social interaction, reducing the feeling of isolation and reducing the risk of falls by improving strength and balance.

So let us do some exercises such as walking at least from 5 minutes to 30 minutes to keep us healthy and active
