As usual, SNMC has arranged Eid Sacrifice.
The cost is as follows:
- Lamb $520
- Cow Share (1/7) $375
- Goat $540
Last day to order Qurbani/Udhia is as follows:
- July 2nd for Cow share
- July 5th for Lamb and Goat

For lamb and Goat only, if you would like to choose your Qurbani/Udhia , you can go to Mr. Beef farm either on 1st or 2nd day of Eid between 10AM and 4PM to choose your Qurbani. Due to the regulation, you won’t be able to slaughter your self or attend the slaughter, however you can wait for 2-3 hours to pickup the meat.
For those who ordered cow share or prefer not to go the farm and wait for the meat distribution, the meat will be delivered to SNMC on the 3rd of Eid.
Meat distribution will take place on the 3rd day of Eid at SNMC. SNMC has no facilities to store meat, any uncollected meat on the 3rd day of Eid will be donated on the same day to needy/Sadaqa food bank. If you don’t collect the meat on 3rd day you agree that SNMC donates the meat.
Only those who donate 100% meat will be able to get a CRA Tax receipt.
Donated meat will be distributed to the Ottawa Food Bank, Sadaqa Food Bank and Local needy by SNMC.
