It was narrated by Jabir (r) that the Prophet (S) said: “The believer is friendly and befriended, for there is no goodness in one who is neither friendly, nor befriended. The best of people are those who are most beneficial to people.”

Day 253: Political Advocacy: An Urgent “MUST” for Canadian Muslims
Narrated by Jabir (r) that the Prophet (S) said, “The best of people are those who are most beneficial to (all) people.”

As salaamu alaykum dear sisters,
SNMC would like to host a meet and greet with the sisters from the community to better understand what activities you would like to see as restrictions continue to be eased.
The purpose of this socially distanced in-person meeting is to create a vision for sisters engagement, plan and implement activities for the upcoming year and get a sense of who is interested to volunteer for various activities/tasks.

This program is for children with a focus on reading and memorizing the Quran

Surah Al-Tawba9: 20-22
Those who believe and have left their homes and striven with their wealth and their lives in Allah’s way are of much greater status in Allah’s sight. These are they who are successful (20) Their Lord giveth them good tidings of mercy from Him, and acceptance, and Gardens where enduring pleasure will be theirs; (21) There they will abide forever. Indeed! with Allah there is immense reward. (22)
You’re eligible to receive the vaccine if you satisfy the following criteria:
First doses are available for Ottawa residents aged 12 years of age or older at the time of vaccination
Second doses are available for Ottawa residents aged 12 years of age or older who received their first dose of an mRNA vaccine at least 28 days before Sept 11. Residents who received their first dose of AstraZeneca vaccine can receive an mRNA vaccine after 56 days
