I pray that you all are doing fine in this cold weather. Winter is just around the corner, so stay warm and don’t forget to take flu shots.
Just a friendly reminder for our upcoming seniors’ program on Sunday, October 14th from 4 to 7 pm.
The program details are as follows :
– 4 to 4:30 pm – Stretching Exercises
– 4:30 pm – Asr prayers
– 4:45 to 5: 15 – “Presentation on “Respect, & Care to Elders” by Kim Macdonald from Nepean, Rideau, Oosgoode Community Resource Center.
( After the talk there will be 15 min for Q & A).
-5:30 to 6 pm – Nancy Johnson from “Ottawa Art Gallery “is organizing a project called “Mine the Gap”, it is to connect youth and seniors project. Ottawa Art Gallery is pleased to coordinate this project with SNMC seniors. She will talk a little bit about the project. Please, I would highly recommend taking active participation in this project as I would always want our SNMC seniors’ group to be working with the mainstream projects.
6 pm to 7 pm – Dinner with Socializing.
