Fitness classes for sisters and sports activities such as badminton, soccer, cricket and ping pong for different age groups are available at SNMC. Free time slots are reserved for children and youth on Fridays from 6-8 pm and on Saturdays from 6-10 pm. For more details about schedule please visit: http://www.snmc.ca.

Adult supervision is required for children and youth activities. Volunteers and coaches are needed for various sports and fitness activities. Coaching is available for youth in badminton for a nominal fee. For more information about registration, volunteering, coaching or if you want to start a sports league please contact sports@snmc.ca.
